In this flexible bank position, you will deliver structured, high-quality swimming instruction to members of all ages and abilities within a safe and encouraging environment.

Working alongside an active health club team, you will utilize established Swim England frameworks to design engaging one-to-one and group coaching sessions. This role is ideal for a qualified, passionate instructor seeking flexible working hours while helping individuals build confidence and achieve their aquatic goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging individual and group swimming lessons following the structured Swim England curriculum.

• Inspire swimmers of varying ages and skill levels through tailored, positive coaching techniques.

Requirements

• Recognized ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swim Teaching qualification.

• Confident, approachable manner with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Proven passion for aquatic sports paired with the ability to adapt lessons to diverse learning styles.
