About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are proud to partner with Morrisons—the UK’s 4th largest supermarket—to find a high-performing Night Manager for their Auchinlea store in Glasgow.

While thousands of customers walk through the doors each day, your team works tirelessly through the night to ensure the store is fully stocked, beautifully presented, and completely customer-ready by morning. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will take a senior leadership role, empowering your team to drive operational excellence and exceptional retail standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead & Empower: Inspire night-shift colleagues to put the customer first, work with purpose, and achieve performance targets.

• Operational Excellence: Ensure market-leading product availability and seamless store readiness across departments.

• People Management: Oversee scheduling, absence management, performance reviews, training, and talent development.
