About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a dependable and customer-focused Evening Shift Manager to support Greggs at their 1158 Cathcart Road store in Glasgow.
In this leadership position, you will take responsibility for running afternoon and evening shop operations whenever the Shop Manager is away. You will inspire, engage, and direct the team while ensuring a seamless experience for customers across all ordering channels—in-store, Click + Collect, delivery, and drive-thru.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Direct and motivate team members during evening shifts to deliver fast, friendly service and maintain high shop standards.
Customer Service: Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service across all ordering platforms.
Food Preparation & Merchandising: Oversee product assembly (including sandwich making and oven management) and ensure displays remain stocked and appealing.
Shop Maintenance: Keep the store clean, tidy, presentable, and ready for daily operations.
Working Hours & Shift Details
Contract Hours: 20 hours per week (Permanent)
Shift Availability: Working hours fall between 12:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
What We Are Looking For
Previous team supervisory or shift management experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service setting.
Natural leadership abilities with strong communication skills and a hands-on work ethic.
Passion for delivering top-tier customer service and supporting an inclusive team environment.
Availability to work scheduled shift times between 12:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
