About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Myton Food Group (part of Morrisons) to recruit a dedicated Hygiene Operative for their manufacturing site at Farmers Boy in Deeside.

In this vital manufacturing role, you will work within the Production and Warehouse teams to maintain a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment. You will manage and execute the cleaning of production areas, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE) once production has finished. No previous experience is required—full training and support will be provided, making this a fantastic opportunity to launch your career in food manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the thorough cleaning of production areas after production has finished.

• Clean and sanitize equipment, machinery, and personal protective equipment (PPE) to high safety standards.

• Deliver good manufacturing practices within a safe, efficient, and hygienic environment.

• Work collaboratively with the production and warehouse teams to ensure seamless daily operations.

• Operate safely in a production environment with varying temperatures while maintaining focus on repetitive tasks.
