About the Role

At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we bridge the gap between motivated job seekers and great workplace opportunities. We are currently recruiting energetic, customer-focused Store Assistants to join a fast-paced retail team in Droitwich.

In this varied role, no two days are the same. You will be at the heart of daily store operations—helping shoppers, managing checkouts, replenishing stock, and keeping the store looking its absolute best.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Great Customer Care: Deliver friendly, prompt, and efficient service to shoppers on the store floor.

• Till Operations: Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout.

• Merchandising & Replenishment: Restock shelves, maintain high display standards, and monitor product quality and freshness.

• Team Operations: Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless daily store performance.

• Hardworking & Active: Comfortable being on your feet and staying productive in a busy retail setting.

• Numeracy Skills: Confident handling numbers and basic till procedures.

• Reliable & Flexible: A adaptable, can-do mindset with flexibility toward shift patterns.

• Experience: Prior retail experience is a plus, but attitude matters most—full training will be provided!

Important Note Before You Apply:

Shifts can start as early as 6:00 AM and finish as late as 10:00 PM (varies by store schedule). Please ensure you have reliable transportation options to cover these working hours before applying.
