About the Role

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a friendly, hands-on Customer Assistant - Market Street & Café for their Newquay store. In this varied role, you will prepare and serve the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for—whether crafting meals in the Café or prepping fresh fish, meat, and pizzas on Market Street to make every customer's experience special.

Key Responsibilities

• Food Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve fresh, high-quality food across Market Street counters and the in-store Café.

• Customer Care: Go above and beyond to provide a warm, helpful service and resolve customer queries with a smile.

• Structured Operations: Work efficiently within a fast-paced environment following clear routines and timed activities.

• Cross-Functional Support: Train and assist across other store areas, such as Replenishment and Customer Service, as daily business needs require.

• Age Requirement: Must be over the legal school-leaver age (with certain roles requiring applicants to be 18+ due to health and safety regulations).
