Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is delighted to partner with Nuffield Health Hull Fitness & Wellbeing Centre in seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Swim Instructor to join their team in Hull, UK. In this engaging part-time role, you will deliver structured 1-to-1 and group swimming lessons using the Swim England framework. Working with swimmers of diverse ages and skill levels, you will create a fun, safe, and supportive environment that inspires progress while acting as a key representative of the centre's aquatic programs.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality group and individual swimming lessons tailored to diverse age groups and skill levels using the Swim England framework.
Engage and motivate participants in a fun, safe environment while monitoring learning progress and encouraging goal achievement.
Promote club services and membership benefits while working collaboratively with facility colleagues to maintain high teaching standards.
Requirements
Active ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passionate, patient, and approachable teaching style.
Proven ability to adapt instruction to individual learning needs and engage swimmers of all ages effectively.
