In this full-time operational leadership role in Colchester, UK, you will oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing shifts and managing health and safety protocols. You will build positive member relationships, conduct prospective member tours to drive sales targets, support staff development, and assist poolside by covering lifeguard breaks when needed in Colchester, UK.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily club operations, including shift opening/closing and health and safety management in Colchester, UK.
Engage with members to ensure high satisfaction, lead prospective member tours, and support sales targets in Colchester, UK.
Guide and support club colleagues while maintaining strong swimming standards to cover site lifeguard breaks in Colchester, UK.
Requirements
Demonstrable sales background with the ability to quickly adapt to commercial fitness operations in Colchester, UK.
Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills in Colchester, UK.
Strong swimming proficiency and willingness to complete on-site lifeguard break cover training in Colchester, UK.
