Rate of Pay: £13.10 to £14.10 per hour (dependent on experience)

About the Role
We are partnering with Heathbrook House Care Home in Bromsgrove to find a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant on a flexible bank contract. As a Care Assistant through Supportive Bridge, you will be right at the heart of daily life, providing vital physical and emotional support, promoting resident wellbeing, and ensuring every individual is treated with dignity, warmth, and respect.
Key Responsibilities
Support residents with a wide range of differing requirements, from companionship to personal care.
Observe and manage residents' behaviour with care, documenting and reporting any changes in accordance with required legislation.
Support residents' nutrition and hydration needs, encouraging and assisting them to eat and drink according to their care plans.
Provide essential physical and mental stimulation through social and recreational activities, both in groups and individually.
Maintain accurate care plans in line with regulatory and legal requirements.
What We Are Looking For
Motivation, positivity, and great interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a close-knit team.
Previous experience in a care home environment or a Health and Social Care qualification is desirable, but a caring and passionate nature is essential.
