Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour

As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are partnering to recruit a compassionate and dedicated Bank / Relief Learning Disability Support Worker for our supported living service in Buckingham.
As a Support Worker, you will make a real, daily difference in the lives of the individuals we support. Whether helping with daily routines, personal care, offering companionship, or joining in with fun activities, you will play a vital role in ensuring they lead happy, fulfilled, and independent lives. You will also assist with light household duties, encouraging resident participation where appropriate to maintain a clean, comfortable home environment.
Person-Centred Support: Assist individuals with daily routines, personal care, and developing life skills to promote independence.
Companionship & Activities: Provide meaningful companionship, share laughs, and support residents in participating in a wide variety of engaging activities.
Household Support: Carry out light domestic duties to keep the home clean, tidy, and welcoming, involving residents whenever possible.
Empowerment: Act as a positive role model, supporting individuals to achieve their personal goals and aspirations.
Experience & Qualifications: Ideally holding, or willing to work towards, a Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent), with a strong commitment to high-quality care standards.
Personality: A positive, patient, and enthusiastic "can-do" attitude with a genuine passion for supporting others.
Communication: Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to build trusting, positive relationships with residents and colleagues.
Competitive Pay: £13.45 per hour.
