About the Role

Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is delighted to partner with Morrisons to recruit friendly, hands-on individuals for their Market Street and Café team in Stranraer.

In this role, you will be at the heart of preparing and serving the fresh, high-quality food Morrisons is famous for. Whether you are serving hot meals in the Café or preparing fresh pizzas, fish, and meat on Market Street, you will play a massive part in making every customer's shopping experience special. You will thrive in a fast-paced, structured environment with timed activities and clear routines. Because teamwork is essential, you will also receive training to support other store departments like Replenishment and Customer Service.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality, fresh food across the Café and Market Street counters (including pizzas, fish, and meat).

• Work efficiently within a fast-paced, structured environment, following clear daily routines and timed activities.

• Ensure food preparation areas are kept clean, safe, and compliant with health and safety regulations.

• Safely operate food preparation equipment while strictly following operational processes.

• Provide flexible support across other areas of the store, such as Customer Service or Replenishment, as required.

• Fully flexible availability to work shifts between the hours of 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

• Must be over the school leaver’s age (additional age restrictions of 18+ may apply for certain tasks due to health and safety regulations).
