• Location: Greenways, Bognor Regis (PO21 2UW)

• Hours: Full-time, 38.5 hours per week (includes weekend working on a rota)

• Pay Rate: £15.18 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Personal & Social Care: Deliver attentive, high-quality care that respects residents' dignity, choices, and independence.

• Keyworker Duties: Act as a keyworker for a group of residents, helping with smooth admissions and individual care plan reviews.

• Wellbeing Support: Help maintain a calm, secure overnight environment that enhances residents' physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing, including specialized dementia support.

• Safety & Compliance: Uphold vital safeguarding procedures, infection control measures, and health and safety practices at all times.

What You Will Bring

• Personal Qualities: A caring nature, patience, empathy, and a genuine respect and sensitivity for older people.

• Communication Skills: Good listening skills and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a supportive team.

• Experience: Previous care experience is desirable, but not essential—a willingness to learn and be trained is what matters most!

• Flexibility: Availability to work night shifts across a 7-day rota, including weekends.

• Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Bognor Regis for a manageable commute.
