In this full-time housekeeping role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 37.5 hours per week ensuring all hospital areas maintain high hygiene standards. Utilizing modern cleaning equipment and products, you will perform room preparation, routine cleaning, deep cleaning, waste management, and linen collection while collaborating closely with infection control teams in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and deep cleaning across patient rooms, clinical areas, and general hospital facilities in Colchester, UK.

• Manage waste disposal, linen collection, and room preparation in full compliance with hygiene protocols in Colchester, UK.

• Work collaboratively with the Infection Prevention team and report any maintenance or safety incidents promptly in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience within a healthcare, hospitality, or commercial environment preferred in Colchester, UK.

• Strong communication skills, customer service orientation, and a friendly, respectful attitude toward patients and colleagues in Colchester, UK.
