In this full-time technical position based in Colchester, UK, you will oversee the complete facility infrastructure, including mechanical plant, HVAC systems, swimming pools, and grounds maintenance. Utilizing an electronic CAFM system, you will execute structured preventative maintenance programs, perform compliance testing (PAT, water hygiene, emergency lighting), and ensure full operational safety in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site maintenance across building structures, grounds, HVAC, heating, ventilation, and swimming pool plant systems in Colchester, UK.

• Implement preventative maintenance schedules and log operational tasks using an electronic CAFM system in Colchester, UK.

• Conduct safety and compliance testing, including water hygiene management, portable appliance testing (PAT), and emergency lighting checks in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Recognized electrical qualification (17th Edition / 18th Edition BS 7671 or equivalent certification) in Colchester, UK.

• Practical experience managing Building Management Systems (BMS), mechanical plant rooms, and statutory compliance protocols in Colchester, UK.

• Strong technical problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in commercial facility maintenance, and self-motivated leadership in Colchester, UK.
