About the Role
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is looking for a proactive and driven Customer Team Leader to join our partner store team in Bath. Take the next step toward managing your own store by leading a small, fast-paced team, helping deliver essential services, and setting the pace on your shift.
Depending on the store, tasks may involve working in the post office or bakery, or supporting online services and home delivery drivers. No prior management experience is necessary, as full training and career development resources are provided from day one.
Key Responsibilities
Shift Leadership: Own the day-to-day running of the store by leading your team on shift and setting a positive, energetic pace.
Team Coaching: Motivate, coach, and support your team members to deliver exceptional service and efficient operations.
Shop Floor & Tills: Work hands-on on the shop floor and tills alongside your team.
Store Performance: Support store performance through merchandising, stock accuracy, and basic HR processes.
Community & Membership: Champion Co-op membership growth and engage with the local community.
What You’ll Bring
Age: Must be 18+ to legally authorise age-related sales.
Passion for People: A strong enthusiasm for people management, leadership, and team development.
Flexibility: The ability to work varied shifts (openings, afternoons, closings) and at least one weekend shift as part of a team.
Drive & Initiative: Skills or an interest in retail, merchandising, or team management (previous experience is helpful but not required).
