In this full-time fixed-term role based in Colchester, UK, you will work 40 hours per week ensuring the seamless daily operation of the fitness club. You will manage opening and closing procedures, maintain health and safety compliance, foster a sales-focused environment to meet membership targets, and drive community outreach initiatives in Colchester, UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations, including opening and closing the club and enforcing health and safety standards in Colchester, UK.

• Lead membership sales activities, identify customer needs, and build relationships with local businesses and communities in Colchester, UK.

• Inspire, motivate, and guide front-line staff to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve performance targets in Colchester, UK.

Requirements

• Proven management and sales experience within a fitness, leisure, or customer-centric environment in Colchester, UK.
