• Lead and coordinate care delivery during shifts while supporting nurses with clinical care and care planning.

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care and ensure residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing.

• Mentor and support Care Assistants while maintaining effective communication with residents and their families.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or currently working towards the qualification.

• Previous Senior Care Assistant experience or readiness to progress into a senior role.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a compassionate approach.
