Key Responsibilities

• Activity Design & Delivery: Plan, organise, and lead a diverse, stimulating calendar of group and individual activities tailored to residents' social, physical, and emotional needs.

• Promoting Wellbeing: Inspire active participation and foster social, physical, and spiritual wellbeing through inclusive and creative events.

• Digital Connection: Support residents in using IT tools (such as video calls and online social platforms) to stay connected with loved ones.

• Collaboration & Documentation: Build strong relationships with key workers, relatives, volunteers, and local groups while maintaining accurate records of participation and outcomes.

• Safety & Compliance: Manage activity resources responsibly within budget, ensure the safe use of all equipment, and adhere to health, safety, and safeguarding standards.

• Proximity: Ideally living within approximately 15 miles of Eaglescliffe for a balanced and manageable commute.
