Key Responsibilities
Lead and empower store colleagues to always put the customer first and deliver exceptional service.
Listen and respond proactively to customer feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure market-leading product availability across the store.
Collaborate with other store managers to cultivate a supportive, performance-driven department culture.
Efficiently manage people routines, including scheduling, absence management, performance, and talent conversations.
Deliver targeted training to guarantee team members have the skills and confidence to excel.
Take an active leadership role within the store and plan resources thoroughly.
What We Are Looking For
To thrive in this management role, you will need:
Proven experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, service, or travel/tourism backgrounds are welcome).
Exceptional communication skills to share knowledge, best practices, and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Adaptability to change, a flexible mindset, and the ability to challenge effectively.
A strong customer-first commitment, actively listening and responding to both customers and colleagues.
