About the Role

Prefer working evenings and nights while keeping active? Through Bridge Staffing Agency, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative (Nights) to join Bidfood's night shift team in Durham. While most people are asleep, you will play a vital role behind the scenes—preparing, picking, and loading customer orders across ambient, chilled, and frozen environments so the next day's deliveries run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities

• Voice-Directed Picking: Accurately pick customer orders using voice technology headsets.

• Vehicle Loading & Stock: Organize, store, and load products safely ready for next-day dispatch.

• Equipment Handling: Operate warehouse equipment properly, including pump trucks, power pallet trucks, and forklifts (full training provided).

• Overnight Efficiency: Collaborate with a supportive team to ensure drivers leave on schedule with complete, accurate orders.
