About the Role
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) looking for flexible night shifts that fit around your lifestyle while maintaining full clinical autonomy?
Through Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are partnering with Barchester Healthcare to find a dedicated Bank Registered Nurse for night shifts at Hawthorns Care Centre. In this casual, flexible position, you will provide vital cover when needed (such as for annual leave or sickness), looking after the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents, making critical clinical decisions, developing tailored care plans, and ensuring safe medication administration through the night.
What You Will Need
Qualifications & Registration: Current NMC registration as an RGN or RMN, with up-to-date knowledge of clinical practices.
Experience & Knowledge: Proven experience producing detailed care plans and risk assessments, alongside a solid understanding of regulatory frameworks (including DoLS/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines).
Personal Qualities: Dedicated, compassionate, and committed to a thoughtful, person-centred approach to nursing.
