About the Role

As a Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are thrilled to partner with Morrisons to recruit a high-performing and driven Trading Manager for their busy store in Byker.

In this vital retail management role, you will report directly to the Store Manager and play a crucial part in driving store success. Making sure our stores are fully stocked and legally compliant is key to a fantastic customer experience. As Trading Manager, you will provide market-leading availability and standards across all departments, planning promotions, managing people routines, and leading an engaging, high-performing team.

• Management Experience: Proven experience managing and leading a team in a fast-paced environment (retail, hospitality, service, or travel/tourism).

• Communication: Great communication skills with the ability to share knowledge, coach colleagues, and build effective stakeholder relationships.

• Adaptability: Highly adaptable to change, with the ability to challenge effectively and manage scheduling, absence, and performance.

• Customer & Commercial Focus: A proactive approach to listening and responding to customer feedback while driving targets.
