As a Registered Nurse, you will take full accountability for clinical care delivery, medication management, and comprehensive care planning. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams, you will champion resident safety, maintain clinical governance, and guide care personnel to ensure overall well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Lead shift routines as Nurse in Charge, overseeing medication administration, care planning, and clinical decision-making.
Perform complex clinical tasks including syringe driver care, catheterization, peg feeding, blood sampling, and stoma care.
Collaborate effectively with GPs, external healthcare professionals, and internal teams while upholding clinical governance and safeguarding standards.
Requirements
Active UK NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a valid NMC PIN.
Proven experience in medication management, care planning systems (PCS), and complex clinical procedures.
Solid understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and right to work in Knebworth, UK.
