Role Overview
Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Barchester Healthcare to recruit an experienced and visionary Nursing Community Manager (General) on a permanent basis.
In this vital leadership role, you will combine your clinical expertise with strong management skills to lead a dedicated team of nurses and carers. Working closely with the senior management team, you will oversee clinical care delivery, ensure accurate care plans, manage medication safely, and champion regulatory standards while mentoring colleagues to promote best practice and continuous improvement.

What We Are Looking For
To join us as a Nursing Community Manager, you will need:
Current NMC registration and revalidation
At least 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse within a clinical or social care setting
Strong clinical knowledge and a solid understanding of regulatory requirements
Proven experience leading, mentoring, and developing colleagues
Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills
