Pay: £13.45 - £14.45 per hour (Earn an extra £2.00/hr on Bank Holidays and £3.50/hr for night shifts)

Hours: Permanent, Part-Time (30+ hour contract, 5 AM early morning shifts)

Experience: Entry level

About the Role

Be part of something exciting from day one! We are helping Lidl recruit a brand-new team for their New Store Opening in Great Dunmow. If you love an active routine and are a morning person, this role is perfect for you. You will be helping set up the store for the day, keeping things moving, and making sure the new branch is a roaring success.

What You Will Do

• Early Morning Setup: Work the 5 AM shifts to efficiently process deliveries and stock shelves before the doors open.

• Bake and Refresh: Keep the bakery topped up with fresh morning goods and organize the popular middle aisles.

• Help Customers: Provide excellent customer service and answer shopper queries on the floor.

• Pitch In: Work on the tills, keep the store sparkling clean, and support your new team.

What You Need

• A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to work early morning shifts (starting at 5 AM).

• The ability to stay active and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• A positive approach to changing tasks throughout your shift.

• No retail experience needed—just drive, passion, and a friendly smile!
