This is an excellent opportunity for a friendly and customer-focused individual to help create an enjoyable dining experience for residents. Working flexible bank shifts, you will support restaurant operations while ensuring residents receive attentive and compassionate service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome residents and serve meals and refreshments in the restaurant, café, and through room service.

• Prepare dining areas, maintain cleanliness, and ensure high standards of food service.

• Assist with hospitality duties across the village as required to support residents and the wider team.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, with catering or hospitality experience being an advantage.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.

• A caring, reliable, and professional approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
