Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Day Care Assistant, you will be the heart of our residents' daily lives at White Rose Lodge, offering supportive care that goes far beyond tasks to nurture true happiness and comfort.

• Dignified Personal Care: Gently support residents with their morning or daytime routines, including washing, dressing, hygiene, and enjoying meals, always with kindness and respect.

• Encourage Independence: Empower residents to make their own choices, helping them feel confident, valued, and in control of their day.

• Companionship & Connection: Build warm, trusting relationships that bring comfort to our residents and offer peace of mind to their visiting families.

• Tailored Care Planning: Contribute to and follow personalized care plans to ensure each resident’s unique life story and wishes are celebrated.

• A Homely Environment: Work as a team to maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming atmosphere where residents truly feel listened to.
