About the Role
We are partnering with Bupa to find a dynamic and commercially minded Centre Manager for the Mindplace facility in Stafford. In this pivotal role, you will be accountable for leading and owning all centre activities, optimizing performance, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring that clinical governance processes are rigorously adhered to.
As a Mindplace Centre Manager through Supportive Bridge, you will keep the customer at the centre of everything you do, driving profitable growth, building strong corporate relationships (including partnering with key clients like HSBC), and ensuring the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Regional Operations Manager with the opening and launch of new Mindplace centres across the region.
Lead and manage the commercial and business needs of the centre, overseeing client contacts and business relationships.
Drive operational efficiency through effective resource utilisation, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilise Net Promoter System insights and customer feedback to drive ongoing enhancements to the customer experience and address root causes of any service issues.
Own the local marketing plan to raise the centre's profile, converting leads into new business opportunities alongside marketing and sales teams.
Maintain a robust control environment to ensure all clinical staff adhere to professional and regulatory requirements (e.g., CQC, HCPC, BABCP).
What We Are Looking For
Strong healthcare management and operational experience (mental health background is desirable but not essential).
Proven track record of onsite corporate healthcare leadership, leading large teams, and people management.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and communicate effectively with employees, corporate clients, and stakeholders.
Experience working within a regulated environment and a strong track record of driving business performance.
Solid problem-solving, project management, and IT proficiency (including Microsoft Office systems).
