We are currently recruiting a Retail Team Member on behalf of a leading nationwide food-on-the-go retailer known for its welcoming environment, strong community presence, and great employee benefits.
About the Role
As a Team Member, you will be the face of the store, delivering fast, friendly, and helpful service to every customer. Whether serving in-shop, assisting with Click & Collect, or preparing online delivery orders, you will play a crucial role in delivering a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Provide warm, fast, and efficient service across in-store and online channels.
Product Preparation: Prepare fresh food products, bake items in ovens, and maintain food quality standards.
Store Upkeep: Keep counters, dining areas, and food display units clean, tidy, and hygienic.
Stocking: Keep shelves and hot display units fully stocked with fresh products throughout the day.
Candidate Requirements
No Experience Required: Previous work experience is not required! Full comprehensive training is provided.
Positive Attitude: Friendly, approachable, and eager to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shift patterns within the operational window (06:00 to 19:30).
