Your Role: What You’ll Do

As a Night Care Assistant, you will be the reassuring, watchful presence our residents rely on overnight, making sure their safety, comfort, and dignity are maintained while they rest.

• Bedtime & Waking Support: Gently assist residents with bedtime routines, waking during the night, personal hygiene, and getting settled comfortably in the morning.

• Provide Emotional Support: Build trusting relationships, offering a warm listening ear and reassuring presence to residents who may feel anxious overnight.

• Night-Time Safety: Monitor the home regularly to ensure a peaceful, clean, and secure environment.

• Tailored Care Delivery: Follow and contribute to personalized care plans, ensuring that every resident's unique preferences, history, and choices are honored.
