Location: Stubbington Manor Care Home, 139 Stubbington Lane, Fareham, PO14 2NF
Pay Rate: £14.70 per hour
Hours: 33.00 hours per week
Contract Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: Day Shifts
About the Role
As a Care Assistant, you’ll help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve. You’ll assist with daily living, provide meaningful companionship, and share great moments and memories too. Every day will be different, allowing you to bring your dedication and compassion to a fulfilling environment. Your duties will range from supporting residents with food and drink and following personalized care plans to ensuring everyone receives dedicated one-to-one time.
About You
To join us as a Care Assistant, you will need:
Some previous experience of caring for older people.
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills.
Empathy, a warm-hearted disposition, and genuine compassion for delivering the highest standard of support.
