Housekeeper - Permanent Contract (Agency Staffing via Bridge Staffing Agency)
Location: Athelstan House, Priory Way, Malmesbury, SN16 0FB
Pay Rate: £13.01 per hour (Mon–Fri) | £13.41 per hour (Weekends)
Contract Type: Permanent / 24 Hours per week
Shift Pattern: 8-hour shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM

About the Role
Bridge Staffing Agency is proud to partner with Athelstan House, a modern, purpose-built care home surrounded by large landscaped gardens on the outskirts of Malmesbury. The home provides compassionate residential, nursing, dementia, respite, and day care for up to 80 residents.
We are looking for a dedicated Permanent Housekeeper (24 hours per week) to play a vital role in maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and infection control. You will create a safe, welcoming, and comfortable environment for residents, their friends, and families, while occasionally involving residents who love to pitch in with light cleaning or laundry tasks!
What We Are Looking For
Experience & Attitude: Comfortable working in an elderly care setting with a caring, sensitive, and proud approach to your work. Previous housekeeping experience is great, but full training is provided for those new to the role!
Teamwork & Communication: Excellent communication skills, a friendly team-player attitude, and a strong commitment to high hygiene standards.
Commitment: Ready to secure a permanent 24-hour contract in a supportive, rewarding environment.
