As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in leading the night-to-night running of your department. Leading by example, you will support your colleagues, keep things running smoothly, and ensure customers receive the best possible service. Whether it is helping to manage stock, supporting new starters, or stepping in to solve problems, you will be a go-to person on the shop floor, working closely with your manager to maintain high standards and keep your team motivated.
What You Will Bring
Retail Experience: Previous background working in a retail or customer-facing environment.
Leadership & Responsibility: A willingness to take on responsibility, support others, and act as a reliable point of contact.
Organization & Communication: Strong organization skills, the ability to juggle tasks, and good communication skills with a can-do attitude.
Flexibility: Availability to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
