About the Role
We are recruiting flexible Bank Nurses (RMN or RNLD) on behalf of Cotswold Spa Hospital in Broadway, Worcestershire, a specialist eating disorder and mental health clinic supporting young people (CAMHS ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-25).
In this flexible bank role, you will enjoy total control over your schedule using an easy-to-use booking app. After completing a paid induction, you can pick up weekday, night, and weekend 12.5-hour shifts to fit your availability. You will support patients recovering from conditions like Anorexia and Bulimia, helping them restore healthy weights and modify problem behaviors in a collaborative multidisciplinary team.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: A relevant nursing qualification with a current, active NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD.
Experience: Previous nursing experience in a similar mental health, specialist care, or clinical setting.
Attributes: Highly motivated, flexible, naturally caring, compassionate, and equipped with a good sense of humor.
Proximity & Attitude: A commitment to empowering vulnerable young people, and ideally living within a manageable commute of Broadway, Worcestershire (WR12 7DE).
