About the Role
We are recruiting an experienced and compassionate Charge Nurse (RMN or RNLD) on a permanent basis on behalf of Cotswold Spa Hospital in Worcestershire, a specialist eating disorder and mental health clinic supporting young people (CAMHS ages 13-17) and young adults (ages 18-25).
In this vital clinical leadership role, you will motivate, support, and manage a team of nurses while overseeing the day-to-day operations and clinical service delivery for women with complex mental health needs. Your duties will include coordinating nursing tasks, monitoring patient conditions, making critical decisions regarding staff scheduling and resource allocation, and acting as a key liaison across multidisciplinary teams.
What You Will Need
Qualifications: A relevant nursing qualification with a current, active NMC registration as an RMN or RNLD.
Experience: Proven leadership skills and relevant clinical experience working in a similar mental health or specialist care environment.
Attributes: Naturally caring, compassionate, and committed to high-quality, evidence-based care practice.
Proximity & Attitude: Excellent communication and decision-making abilities, and ideally living within a manageable commute of Broadway, Worcestershire (WR12 7DE).
