About the Role
As a supportive bridge staffing agency, we are excited to partner with B&M to help you secure a retail role as a Customer Service Assistant in Ballymena. In this permanent part-time position, you will be an essential part of a bustling retail environment that trades 7 days a week, helping deliver a fantastic shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide friendly, helpful, and efficient customer service in a lively retail setting.
Team Collaboration: Work well alongside colleagues as a strong team player to keep store operations running smoothly.
Task Execution: Maintain a proactive, enthusiastic, and hands-on approach to get the job done.
Requirements & Ideal Candidate Profile
Attitude: A big focus on personality, enthusiasm, and a positive "can-do" mindset.
Experience: Prior experience in a fast-paced retail or customer service environment is a bonus, but not essential.
Flexibility: A willingness to work flexible evening and weekend shift patterns.
