About the Role

As a Bank Care Assistant, you will provide cover during planned or unplanned staff absences (such as annual leave or sickness), ensuring residents receive warm, dignified, and person-centred care throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Personal Care & Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, dressing, and support during mealtimes.

• Care Plan Execution: Follow individual resident care plans and risk assessments to ensure safe, high-quality, and dignified care.

• Companionship: Spend meaningful one-to-one time with residents, fostering bright moments, social engagement, and emotional wellbeing.

• Teamwork: Work alongside senior carers, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff to maintain a safe, warm, and welcoming home environment.

About You
