In this role, you will be an essential part of the home's care team, ensuring residents receive personalized, high-quality care and support every day. From assisting with daily living routines and care plans to offering warm companionship and spending valuable one-on-one time with residents, you will help create a welcoming and fulfilling environment.
Key Responsibilities
Personalized Support: Assist residents with daily tasks, personal care, mobility, and dietary/nutritional needs following their bespoke care plans.
Companionship: Build strong, compassionate relationships with residents, ensuring each person receives dedicated personal attention and engagement.
Daily Living & Wellbeing: Help create a warm, dignified, and safe living environment where residents feel respected and valued.
Team Collaboration: Work alongside nurses and senior carers to maintain consistent quality of care across day shifts.
About You
Experience: Prior experience caring for older individuals in a personal or professional capacity.
Key Strengths: Excellent communication skills with a positive, "can-do" mindset.
