At Supportive Bridge Staffing Agency, we are currently hiring dedicated Bank Care Assistants on behalf of Barchester Healthcare to join the team at Reigate Beaumont Care Home.
In this role, you will help residents get the high-quality care, respect, and support they deserve. From assisting with daily routines and care plans to sharing warm conversations and spending valuable one-on-one time with residents, your work will directly enhance their quality of life in a welcoming, home-like environment.
What You'll Do
Individualized Support: Assist residents with daily living activities, personal care, mobility, and nutritional needs according to their personalized care plans.
Companionship: Spend quality time engaging with residents, listening to their stories, and providing heartfelt companionship.
Dynamic Care Environment: Adapt smoothly to varied daily responsibilities in a supportive team environment.
Flexible Coverage: Provide essential shift cover during staff absences, holidays, or busy periods on day shifts.
About You
Experience: Prior experience in caring for older individuals in a professional or personal capacity.
