Nursing Community Manager - General

Role Description

Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an experienced and inspiring Nursing Community Manager (General) on behalf of our client for Rothsay Grange Care Home in Weyhill, Hampshire. Working in close collaboration with the General Manager and Deputy Manager, you will lead a team of nurses and carers to deliver outstanding, person-centred clinical care while maintaining high regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinical care delivery within your community, ensuring accurate care planning, risk management, and safe medication administration.

• Mentor, train, and develop nursing and care colleagues to promote best clinical practice and continuous quality improvement.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and management to maintain regulatory compliance and foster resident dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Active NMC Registration and current revalidation.

• Minimum of 2 years' clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical or social care environment.

• Strong leadership, mentoring, and decision-making skills with deep clinical and regulatory knowledge.
