Location: KIMS Hospital, Maidstone, Kent
Hours: Permanent, Full-Time – 37.5 hours per week (7-day service covering Monday to Sunday, 08:00 – 20:00; approx. 1 weekend in 4)
Salary: £37,000.00 – £41,000.00 per annum (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting a dedicated Senior Inpatient Physiotherapist to join the physical therapy department at KIMS Hospital, Kent’s largest independent hospital.

What You Will Do
Assess and treat inpatients, determine independent clinical diagnoses and physiotherapy treatments, and maintain accurate records in accordance with professional standards.
Manage a varied inpatient caseload covering Orthopaedics, Gynaecology, Breast Surgery, General Surgery, and medical admissions.
Assist in the coordination and running of pre-surgical joint school sessions for hips and knees.
Play an active role in developing therapy services, mentoring junior staff, and driving continuous service improvement.

What We Are Looking For
A BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy with a valid, current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
Demonstrable post-registration clinical experience in orthopaedics and acute inpatient settings.
Strong commitment to continuous professional development, excellent relationship-building skills, and a 100% patient-oriented approach.
Valid evidence of the right to work in the UK and a satisfactory DBS check.
