Supportive Bridge Staffing & Recruitment is seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join the team at a premier Fitness & Wellbeing Club in Norwich, UK. In this role, you will play an active part in helping members of all ages build confidence in the water, improve their technique, and achieve their health and fitness goals.
Working on a flexible bank contract basis, you will deliver high-quality instruction on an ad-hoc schedule tailored to your availability. You will foster a safe, inspiring, and engaging environment for swimmers of all abilities while adhering to national teaching framework standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver individual one-to-one or group swimming lessons structured around the Swim England framework.
Engage and coach swimmers of diverse ages and skill levels to help them achieve their personal targets.
Promote facility amenities and club memberships to participants while maintaining high standards of pool safety.
Requirements
ASA Level 2 or Swim England Level 2 Swimming Teacher qualification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an approachable, student-focused teaching style.
Passion for swimming and the ability to adapt lessons to meet individual customer needs.
