Pay Rate: £20.36 per hour
Contract Type: Full-Time, 48 hours per week (Days & Nights, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM or 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM, including alternate weekends)

In this vital role, you will lead by example, delivering top-tier clinical care, championing personalised care plans, and ensuring our residents receive the dignity, respect, and clinical excellence they deserve.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, professional nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
Develop, review, and implement comprehensive personalised care plans.
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure integrated care.
Provide clinical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior care staff.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date resident records in compliance with regulatory standards.
What We Are Looking For
A valid NMC pin (Registered Nurse).
Strong clinical skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
