Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time and Part-Time available (Day shifts: 08:00 - 20:00, with weekend requirements on a rota)

As a Senior Care Assistant in our residential setting, you will be instrumental in ensuring our residents receive a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, helping them maintain their independence and dignity within our luxury village environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with a high standard of clinical, social, and emotional care, recognising and meeting their specific daily needs.
Respond to emergency calls or bells, assessing situations and assisting residents or summoning senior team members as needed.
Support residents with activities of daily living, including meal preparation, washing, dressing, toileting, and personal hygiene.
Assist residents with mobility issues and physical disabilities, including transferring via appropriate equipment and using care aids safely.
Support senior care staff in monitoring resident wellbeing, reporting changes, and communicating effectively with residents' families, friends, and external healthcare professionals.
Note: A DBS check is required for this role due to working with vulnerable individuals, with the £40 cost fully covered by Bupa.
A compassionate, dedicated individual with a strong background or keen interest in residential care.
Great interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
