Rate of Pay: £13.10 - £14.10 per hour (depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time (30 hours housekeeping / 10 hours laundry)
About the Role
We are partnering with Church Farm Care Home in East Wittering, Chichester, to find a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Assistant and Laundry operative on a permanent basis. Church Farm is dedicated to delivering person-centred care, supporting independence, and honouring choice to help residents live their best lives.
As a Housekeeping Assistant and Laundry team member through Supportive Bridge, you will make a real difference every day by keeping every detail sparkling, managing laundry needs, and creating a warm, clean, and welcoming environment where residents feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain high standards of cleanliness within the home, working closely with other housekeeping and maintenance staff.
Vacuum, mop floors, polish, and ensure the general upkeep of all communal areas and resident bedrooms.
Handle dedicated laundry duties, ensuring residents' clothing and linens are impeccably cared for.
Maintain housekeeping and laundry stocks for day-to-day use and raise any issues or supply needs to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
