As a Registered Nurse, you will take full responsibility for high-quality clinical care delivery, shift leadership, and maintaining clinical governance and safeguarding standards. Working closely with GPs and multi-disciplinary teams, you will oversee care planning and promote resident physical and emotional well-being.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Nurse in Charge during assigned shifts, leading care planning, medication administration, and shift coordination.
Perform complex clinical tasks including syringe driver care, catheterization, blood sampling, peg feeding, and stoma care.
Collaborate with GPs, external healthcare professionals, and internal care teams while ensuring compliance with infection prevention standards.
Requirements
Nursing qualification recognized by the UK NMC with a valid UK NMC PIN (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
Strong clinical decision-making capabilities, understanding of care planning systems, and physical capability to assist resident mobility.
Clear understanding of the Mental Capacity Act, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and valid right to work in Stirling, UK.
