What You’ll Do

• Help Our Shoppers: Act as a Lidl expert, answering customer questions and helping them find exactly what they need.

• Keep Shelves Stocked: Efficiently work deliveries as they arrive to keep the store stocked and looking its best.

• Bake Fresh Goods: Proactively keep the bakery area topped up by baking fresh breads and pastries.

• Merchandise the Middle Aisle: Maintain and beautifully present the ever-changing selection of middle-aisle Non-Food products.

• Deliver Great Service: Work alongside your team to ensure a clean, tidy, and welcoming shopping environment.

What You’ll Need

• Experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment (retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required!).

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• The flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including starting early or finishing late.

• A positive, adaptable attitude when store priorities change.

• Plenty of energy, a friendly smile, and a passion to make your store a local success.
