Hourly Pay: £14.75 per hour
Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time (3 shifts per week, 07:00 – 19:30, including alternate weekends)

Key Responsibilities
Support and work alongside the care team to deliver exceptional standards of personal care within a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment.
Monitor resident well-being, manage person-centred care planning processes, and conduct monthly evaluations and written record updates.
Support residents with their medication requirements and act as a key point of contact for families, visitors, and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
Undertake staff supervisions and actively support junior team members with their professional development.
Person Specification & Requirements
Qualifications: Essential NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in care for care homes.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a similar elderly care environment.
Core Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a positive and nurturing attitude towards residents and staff, and the flexibility to cover a range of senior responsibilities.
Compliance: Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check required (cost met by Avery Healthcare) along with proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
