As a Night Care Assistant at Lancaster Grange Care Home, you will help our residents enjoy peace of mind and comfort throughout the night, ensuring they receive the quality care and support they deserve. Every shift is varied and rewarding—whether you are assisting with nighttime routines, supporting with food and drink, following individual care plans, or providing comforting companionship.
Key Responsibilities
Nighttime Support: Provide dedicated care and support to residents throughout the night.
Person-Centred Care: Assist with daily living tasks, follow tailored care plans, and ensure each resident receives individual attention and comfort.
Companionship: Build warm, meaningful relationships and share special moments with residents to help them feel safe, valued, and secure.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Some prior experience of caring for older people.
Approach: A can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a warm-hearted, empathetic nature.
Compassion: Above all, a genuine passion for delivering the highest standard of care and support. Full training will be provided to help you thrive!
