Location: Cherry Trees Care Home, Stratford Road, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 6LN
Pay Rate: £13.21 per hour
Hours: 36.00 hours per week (Permanent, full-time contract)
Shifts: Nights
About the Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you will help residents feel safe, secure, and supported through the night. Your responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with night-time care routines and daily living support
Following personalised care plans and ensuring comfort and reassurance
Providing quiet companionship and attending to individual needs to ensure peaceful, restful nights
About You
To join the team as a Night Care Assistant, you will need:
Some prior experience of caring for older people
A positive, "can-do" approach and excellent communication skills
Natural empathy, warmth, and a deep compassion for supporting others during the night
